"Paul was recommended to me by a friend. He
designed and managed a small extension project at my house in late 2013 which
included creation and installation of a new bathroom, and complete redecoration
of my entire upstairs, upper hallway and staircase. He also updated the
exterior UPVC of my dormer bungalow with new facias, soffits and
guttering.
I was very happy
with Paul and his team throughout the entire project. There was an open
dialogue throughout the 2 month contract and Paul was very keen to ensure that I
was in the loop and updated at all times, of course without our being on the
phone or emailing every hour! Employees Tony and Darren arrived at my property
on time and ready to work as agreed and worked tidily and
smartly.
Paul is understandable a busy man however he
makes you feel like you are his only customer, he is honest, reliable,
hardworking and a gentleman - recommended!"
April 2014:
I just wanted to write and thank you so very much
for all the advice and help you have given to me and my family over the last two
years.
First was the dreadful flood at Brook House which will live with
us forever. 8 rooms affected. However, not to worry as 'Paul from Apollo'
arrived the day after and gave us the quiet confidence that all would be well as
Apollo would take care of everything and you did. Apart from the polite
efficiency you afforded us you always turned up when you said you would,
everyone working with you had a smile all the time, nothing was too much trouble
and at times even the flood was fun, if that's possible!! A nightmare turned
into an experience.
I think it was knowing you would be there because you
said you would, working with us rather than for us, listening, advising, always
doing the best possible and every request was answered with a
positive.
But, it didn't stop there did it. Next came the fallen high
garden wall at Overton House just as I was selling the property and a buyer came
forward. Again, no trouble at all to rebuild you said and within the timescale
needed and you did. The men turned up, so did the materials, the wall was built
and you said goodbye. All quietly, efficiently and successfully.
You
perhaps have no idea how good it has been for us to work with a company we can
trust.
If there is ever anything I can do for you in return please just
let me know.
